Pediatric physiotherapist profile

Sabrina Perron-Singh is a physiotherapist who graduated from University of Montréal in 2014 with a Master’s degree in physiotherapy. She is known for her interest and ability to treat pediatric patients. She has completed several continuing education courses in pediatrics:

– Evaluation and treatment of pediatric motor development disorders (2016)

– Torticolis and Plagiocephaly Assessment and Treatment of Infants and Young Children (2017),

– Symposiums in physiotherapy at Ste-Justine Hospital (2016-2017-2018-2019)

– Neuro-developmental Treatment Approach for infants and Toddlers, given by American instructor and physiotherapist Jayne Styer-Acevedo (2019).

In addition, Sabrina is also part of the first cohort of Quebec physiotherapists to be trained by the Spanish physiotherapist Inaki Pastor Pons, specialist in pediatrics. By December 2019, she will have completed all TMPI (Thérapie manuelle Pédiatrique Integrative) training seminars.

It is also worth noting that pediatric training is rarely offered in Quebec.

Aside from her competencies, her personality allows her to have a playful and pleasant interaction with her little patients, an attitude that can make all the difference for the treatment of infants and young children. She will be able to advise you and provide you with a program of exercises adapted to the needs of your family.
